Planning for Hospice

Hospice care provides end-of-life services designed to provide relief from pain and discomfort, help patients remain as active as possible, and provide comfort and support so patients can maintain their self-control, independence and dignity, despite their illness. Hospice staff members come to wherever a patient is living, allowing patients to remain in the familiar setting of their home, assisted living, or long-term care facility. Join Shana Klein of Unity Hospice, who will discuss options for in-home hospice care.
